Paying off accounts is fast, efficient and professional.  You can find accounts quickly if the customer provides their Account Number, or you can search by address or name.  The payment screen allows:

• Take payments for outstanding debt
• Take advance payments
• Issue credit notes
• Add extra items to a bill
• Print a report of who paid and when
• Print a collect round list
• Enter collect round payments in round order
